I didn’t even get a chance to get serviced before I was greeted very rudely. I pulled in seen no available parking spots off first glance because they were packed. I left my car running and began to exit my car just to run in to ask a quick question. Before I could even get two feet out of the car a man walking fast paced in my direction pointing his finger at me said very rudely to park in a parking spot. I told him I will just leave because that is very rude!

They use to be affordable. Not sure what happened. The guy in the shop put my tires on and had the bolts way too tight. A different shop had to use a machine to take my tires off. They told me my brakes were gone, but they still had some time left. Glad I got my brakes done elsewhere.

Hey! Please don’t go to this location. Management is dishonest, they put on after market parts on your Vehicle… off Brands. If you have no other choice please specify what brand OEM per your vehicle specification I’m out of 486.92 Labor 418.00 Parts 55.92. I will be contacting corporate to file a complaint and reporting them to the BBB… The manager had the audacity to ask me if I specify to use Mazda Parts ? Common sense will tell you if you are working a vehicle…. you are to put on parts that the manufacturer recommends for that vehicle …Let’s use some Common Sense….as a consumer I should have been told you were using aftermarket parts and they were not OEM Specification

Went in today to have my oil changed and tires rotated. Things were *okay,* to say the least. The mechanic did his job, providing the services to the best of my knowledge. What I will say, is that I wish the manager had been more communicative about what I was getting for the price I was paying. Having been the first time I've had maintenance done on the vehicle, I wasn't aware that she required full synthetic oil and had to ask the service manager why it seemed like I was paying so much more for a service that was advertised at $45. He explained what was going on, the full synthetic was a $24 upgrade, and he applied an online coupon. It checks out, but I do wish he had explained the work to me from the beginning. My big issue here? The reason I give 3 stars instead of 4, is the mysogynist mechanic who popped in to say bye before leaving for the day. An average sized African American man talking about "females" and "female referees" in sports and how "the females" make all these "crazy calls" that "don't make sense" or something. The guy probably said "female" 10 times, and it really made me want to leave. When it comes to men, I tend to be really careful with the ones I allow in m
